Join Kendall for an hour and a half experience with sound bowls, guided meditation, breath and intuitive energy work. These group sessions are intended to energetically and emotionally recharge, leaving you relaxed and restored. Come as you are, unwind, and leave your thoughts at the door. Bring your journal, a blanket, and water.
Sessions are held with participants lying on yoga mats on the floor. If it feels like this may be uncomfortable for you, please feel free to bring a portable chair or reach out to discuss accommodations- all are welcome.

Fall into Sound: A 3-Part Series with Cup & Sage at Root to Bloom Studio

Group Sound Meditations and Private Group Sessions
Join Kendall from an hour and a half experience with sound bowls, guided meditation, breath and intuitive energy work. These group sessions are intended to energetically and emotionally recharge, leaving you relaxed and restored. Come as you are, unwind, and leave your thoughts at the door. Bring your journal, a blanket, and water.
Regularly scheduled group sessions are listed at the top of this page, but I can also create private sessions, either group or personal. Private group sound meditation and healing sessions can be held at your home or place of work for your family, friends, co-workers, or for a special occasion. These group sessions are intuitively crafted to include sound healing, intuitive energy work, and guided meditation. Please contact for more information and to book private sessions.
Personal Energy or Space Clearings
$77 - Approximately 45 minutes
This session type is shorter and more focused on either clearing personal energy fields to remove blockages or clearing energy from spaces, such as a home, land ,or business.
These session are designed to remove negativity, align your space with your highest intentions, and restore light and natural harmony.
These sessions are intuitively designed and may include: sound bowls, sage, incense, or sprays, pendulum work, and crystals.
Sessions are held in your home or space to be cleared. Travel fees may apply. Please choose either personal energy or space clearing.
Intuitive 0ne-on-One
$111 - Approximately 90 minutes
This session combines personalized energy work, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, and guided meditation and intuitive messages to support your healing journey.
During our time together, I’ll intuitively tune into your energy, addressing any blockages and providing insight for your personal growth. The soothing vibrations of the sound bowls enhance the healing process, helping to clear and balance your energy. Through guided meditation, we will ground you in the present moment, align your spirit, and connect you to your inner wisdom. This is a deeply restorative and personal session that helps you reconnect with your true self , promoting clarity, peace, and transformation.
These sessions are held in your home or in Wells River. Travel fees may apply.
Services Refund & Refusal Policy
I value your time and mine, and I appreciate your understanding of the following policy:
Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or to reschedule without penalty.
Late Cancellation & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend the session without notice are non-refundable.
Provider Cancellation: If I need to cancel your session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will received a full refund of have the option to reschedule at your convenience.
I reserve the right to refuse or end a session without refund if a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol or creates a disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe environment.
