Join us for a nourishing morning of deep rest and gentle restoration as we move past the heart of winter toward spring. Sacred Stillness is an extended Yin Yoga and sound meditation experience designed to support the body, calm the nervous system, and create space for reflection and renewal.
Yin Yoga will be led by Westy Copeland, while Kendall provides the sound meditation. This practice invites you to slow down and soften. Yin postures are held for longer periods, allowing the connective tissues to gently open while cultivating patience, presence, and ease. Throughout the practice, healing sound will wash over you, helping to quiet the mind and guide you into a meditative state of deep relaxation.
This offering is accessible to all—no experience necessary. Come exactly as you are and allow yourself to be held in stillness.
