Each session weaves together sound, presence, and intuitive guidance and energy work, meeting you exactly where you are. Designed to enhance your retreat experience and provide personalized, individual guidance.
These sessions will be held primarily on-site at the lodging location, with a limited number (3) sessions available ocean side during the beach excursion time. Sessions will be booked ahead of time and time-slots scheduled as we get closer to the retreat weekend.
Each session is approximately 30 minutes.
