Sacred Stillness: A Yin Yoga & Sound Meditation Journey
Monday, August 18th | 5:00–6:30 PM
Wells River Congregational Church | 76 Main St, Wells River, VT
With Westy Copeland & Kendall Lambert
Enter a sanctuary of stillness, breath, and vibration in this 90-minute journey combining the deep release of Yin Yoga with the ancient healing tones of Tibetan and Nepalese singing bowls.
Guided by yoga teacher Westy, you'll move through long-held, grounding postures that invite softness, openness, and spaciousness in the body. As you rest into each shape, Kendall will offer a soundscape of brass sound bowls—rich, resonant tones that soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for deep energetic realignment.
This practice invites you to return to your center, to listen deeply, and to receive the medicine of stillness and sound.
Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, and any props for comfort (bolsters, pillows, eye mask)
No experience needed
Cost: $44 per person
Space is limited.
All are welcome. Come as you are. Leave renewed.
